Communication can be initiated by both patients and healthcare providers, images and files can be uploaded, and if you wish to review video, it is just a click away. The patient can submit a case 24/7
Anytime, anywhere, the patient can ask their health center a question by logging in online with Mobile BankID. The patient describes their case and fills in their contact information. No app needs to be downloaded.

Healthcare professionals handle the case during office hours.
A multidisciplinary care team reviews incoming cases and responds securely and smoothly through a messaging function. The caregiver can also invite for a video call or refer for a physical visit.
The patient reads their answer digitally
A link to the answer is sent via email and text message. The patient logs in with Mobile BankID and can read their answer and ask additional questions if necessary. It becomes an easy way to contact healthcare, at any time of the day.


Video calls when needed
If necessary, the patient can be offered a meeting via video. The patient and healthcare professional then agree on when the meeting should take place, and the patient simply logs in via a sent link. An unlimited number of parties can participate in the conversation, which can be convenient for meetings for, for example, care planning, conversations with employers in connection with rehabilitation or when an interpreter is needed.
When the caregiver wants to contact the patient
Collabodoc Digital Contact can also be used by the healthcare provider to send information or initiate a conversation with a patient. This can be, for example, for referral responses or instructions for a visit. It is a faster way to get in touch with the patient and also saves the cost of mailing.

Statistics for continuous monitoring
Statistics with dynamic and integrated graphs and tables provide the opportunity for continuous follow-up. Here, as an operations manager, you can, for example, see the number of cases per month and reason for contact, the response time and the lifespan of the case.
