When the nurse wants to contact the doctor
A nurse in the municipality can easily contact the doctor, both for users within SÄBO and home healthcare. For example, this could be questions about newly registered patients, the need for medical measures or a report on test results. In this way, Collabodoc ensures that no information is missed and many phone calls can be saved for both doctors and nurses.
All licensed personnel can submit issues to the doctor regarding their patients. This can be anything from prescription renewal, worsening general condition or breakpoint calls. The issue creates a chat between the doctor and the nurse, but there is also the possibility of team dialogue with the entire HSL team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
