In the application, the patient receives information about how health insurance works, what is and isn't considered under sick leave. The Social Insurance Agency's assessment criteria are a natural part of the questionnaire and the doctor gets a good overview making it much easier to write a certificate.

Early rehabilitation efforts and contact with employers regarding the work situation can avoid full-time sick leave. The patient's documentation can be easily supplemented if necessary.
